This pannier bag was an opportunity to experiment with some no-sew technologies available to us in the university textile lab. Laser cut features throughout the pattern and no-sew zipper construction made using BEMIS tape on x-pac.

Designed with spontaneous overnighters and a fast-packing style of rando-leisure-tourism in mind, the bags volume is slim with a tapered corner for additional toe or heel clearance. It has ample lashing points to up the capacity and lug around unexpected loads. The rolltop is complimented by two side zips - one for easy access to the main pocket, and a smaller accessories & essentials pocket. The bag sources off the shelf pannier hardware to mount on standard racks.
